Delivery Policy

Frasers Motorcycles complies with distance selling regulations.  Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been placed.  Our aim is to deliver to you in three working days.  If an item requires to be backordered we will contact you by email or telephone to confirm you are happy waiting.

 

Returns

We accept returns on all online sales if the goods are returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging. Goods are returned at the customers own expense.  We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced.

Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be suject to a restocking charge of 15%.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have ordered the incorrect size of clothing, please return and we will despatch the replacement item free of charge, on the first occasion only.  Any additional exchanges will incur a delivery charge.

Under any circumstances, helmets cannot be returned as they are a safety item.  Please ensure you order the correct size in the first instance!

Please include a copy of your sales invoice and state your reason for return and whether you would like a refund or credit.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage, etc.  You may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

 

Shortages / Damages

Please advise us of any problems, shortages or courier damage within two days of receipt.  We may not be able to process your claim if notified beyond this time.
